We’re so excited to send a little more love your way. Here’s everything you need to know about how The Love Jar ships.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
During peak seasons, launches, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer—but we always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another once it ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping option selected.
U.S.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days
(Delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier.)
International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries. Delivery timeframes vary by destination and local customs processing.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
We are not responsible for:

Packages marked “delivered” that cannot be located
If you need to update an address, contact us immediately at hello@ourlovejar.com. We’ll do our best, but changes are not guaranteed once an order is processed.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or significantly delayed:

Include your order number and tracking information
For packages marked “delivered” but missing, we recommend checking with neighbors or contacting the carrier directly. We’ll help investigate when possible.
Damaged Items During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us within 3 days of delivery

Include your order number and photos of the damage
We’ll send a replacement at no cost.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
If you purchase a pre-order or backordered item:

Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page

Your payment secures your reservation

Orders with both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together (unless otherwise noted)
